What is the refund policy?

If you're dissatisfied with GeekBee, you may contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a refund. We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 14 days after your purchase date, unless it was a fraudulent transaction.

Refund rules:
If we issue a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to restrict your access to your GeekBee account after the refund. You will need to subscribe to access your account again.
